Hi, I’m Misti Johnson, and I’m here to help women 40+ rediscover the joy of movement! At 47, I know firsthand that fitness after 40 isn’t about extremes—it’s about feeling strong, confident, and energized in a way that fits your life.

As a certified trainer, small business owner, wife, mom, and soon-to-be MiMi, I get how busy life can be. Between family, work, and all of life’s unexpected twists, it’s easy to put yourself last. But after 11 years on my own fitness journey, I’ve learned that movement—especially dance and strength training—can be a powerful way to navigate life’s chaos while feeling your best.

Like many women, I hit a point where traditional workouts felt like a chore. I wanted something that made me excited to move again—and that’s when I turned to dance. It became my outlet, my stress relief, and one of my greatest blessings. Now, I’m on a mission to help you experience that same joy!
